Salted fish with lemon juice comes from the coastline and near Galapagos. The fish in this restaurant comes from both places. The fried meat chops and rice (Tacu-Tacu) are also very good. Don&#39;t miss the home brewed beer. I tasted the boutique and the taste was very similar to the taste of the East Coast of the United States. It&#39;s good with seafood

My hotel was just across from the restaurant. I was lucky and got a table in less than 15 minutes. I couldn&#39;t order the Nikkei set menu, only the dishes on the menu. All dishes were exquisite, the appetizer was the salmon tower (free) and green beans, the main course was the cod mixed with nuts and served with bean puree. It was the best cod I have ever had, the Peruvian beef stir fry was a generous portion, and the dessert was chocolate cocoa mousse with cherry snow meringue, which was very delicious. If you are in Lima, highly recommend you to go to this restaurant, it is a must-go restaurant!

A great restaurant to experience innovative Peruvian cuisine. Don&#39;t miss the scallops and the alcapa tartare (if you like it). The service was great and the young chef was great.
